A headlight washer drive which is provided in particular for cleaning the headlights of a motor vehicle, has a housing, an electric motor which has a motor shaft on which a drive pinion is seated in a rotationally secure fashion and a power-output shaft which extends parallel to the motor shaft and can be driven by means of a gear wheel which intermeshes with the drive pinion and at least one further gear stage. The intention is to make a very compact design of the headlight washer drive possible. This is achieved in that the gear wheel which intermeshes with the drive pinion is mounted on the power-output shaft so as to be capable of rotating with respect thereto.
