A motor which obtains high-output kinetic energy from a low-pressure and low-speed water flow (Patent Publication No. 2004-316620) and can convert kinetic energy into mechanical energy with stable rotation suppressed with unavoidable pulsating motion. A water channel inside a turbine of this motor is formed in such a shape that a space between the end of a motor rotor and the inner wall of a casing may be relatively large on the inflow port side while being formed as small as possible on the exhaust port side to a degree that would not hinder the rotation of the motor rotor, thus suppressing the occurrence of pulsating motion. Output extracted from the motor using two or more of this turbine arranged side by side is about 137,000 kW with a 10,000-meter water conduit and 0.325 kW with a Pelton wheel, for a river at a flow velocity of 2 m/s and a flow rate of 10 t/s.
