Apparatus for separating out dimensionally-true sweets from a heap of sweets comprises a vibratory conveying table (1) provided with uniform longitudinal slots and guide rails (2) arranged in the region of the longitudinal slots, the slots including sorting gaps through which dimensionally-true sweets can drop. To prevent wedging of sweets in the gaps, a clearing comb (4) which is movable in horizontal and ventical direction parallelly to the longitudinal slots and engages into the longitudinal slots, is arranged in the region of the slots and underneath the table. The comb has tines (4.1) which travel on a cyclic path (I, II, III) from a start position (I) through the slots to an end position, and than back under the slots to the start position. <IMAGE>
