PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cost increase incident to alteration in the shape of magnet by altering the breadthwise dimensions of magnet such that the magnet can be held while being positioned at a correct circumferential position using the same molding die for the core. SOLUTION: Opposite side parts 48a, 48a of a nonmagnetic holder 48 are arranged in slit-like barrier parts 46, 46 for preventing short circuit of flux extending radially outward from the opposite sides in the circumferential direction of each inserting part 43 while touching the opposite side parts of a permanent magnet 44 resiliently. |
