PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain write processing and read processing of moving image data by using an idle time slot in the same period or another spare time slot formed because the processing has been unable to be implemented so as to retry the processing. SOLUTION: When moving image data to be read are not written yet, the data are given to a read processing queue 33 and the time slot is used for a spare time slot. In the case that the spare time slot is formed or an idle time slot is used from he beginning, a write queue 32 discriminates that the moving image reaches a control means 31 and whether or not there is any executionable processing. When the corresponding processing is not in existence, the moving image data are written in a storage device 30, and when there is any executionable processing, the moving image data are read, the time slot is finished. When the corresponding processing is not in existence, a proper time is awaited to take timing and then the time slot is finished. |
