AUTOMATIC RECEPTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system speedily and surely preparing and updating reception processing data of an automatic reception system. SOLUTION: By an instruction from a keyboard 5, a control part 3 in a data converter reads personal data and department data by means of a floppy disk driver 1 from a floppy disk storing personnel data of each enterprise according to the sequence of a conversion processing part 4. Next the control part 3 and the conversion processing part 4 convert read personal data and department data into department retrieving data and name retrieving data of the automatic reception system. The converted pieces of department retrieving data and name retrieving data are written in a new floppy disk from the floppy disk drive 1. By writing data in the floppy disk in the storing part of the automatic reception system as data for reception processing of the automatic reception system, reception processing data is updated to make the automatic reception system.
