<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a low-cost and easy manufacturing method that, in a manufacturing method of an electron source having plural electron-emissive elements and a large area, uniformity of conductive films is improved by improving an addition method of liquid drops to form conductive films by plural ink-jet devices, and hereby a dispersion of each element characteristics of an obtained electron source is suppressed, and also a display grade of an image forming device, having the electron source, is improved. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of an electron source in which plural electron-emissive elements, having a conductive film 4 between a pair of element electrodes 2 and 3, are loaded on a substrate 1, when a solution including a metal element, which is the material of the conductive film 4, is added between all element electrodes in the state of liquid drops by plural ink-jet devices 41, the plural ink-jet devices 41 have each addition area in charge respectively, and add liquid drops almost simultaneously between adjacent element electrodes lying across the boundary between adjacent areas (42, 43).</p> |
