PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise caused by an intermittently flowing transmission current from being mixed into a reception signal in an on-vehicle adapter for mounting a portable telephone set on a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this connection unit (on-vehicle adapter) 15 connected to a differential amplifier 13 using a reception signal line 18 and a reception signal ground line 19 as differential inputs, a positive phase amplifier 23 for amplifying a drop voltage wave generated in a power ground line 17 when a portable telephone set 50 burst-transmits data and a differentiator 24 provided in the output of the positive phase amplifier 23 are inserted into the reception signal ground line 19.
