PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an increased thickness part by a method wherein a reinforced fiber mat is arranged to an increased thickness part corresponding part of a screen stencil surface, and an adhesive and a cut reinforced fiber are stuck to the screen stencil surface by an absorbing action from its opposed surface, and formed. SOLUTION: A screen stencil 3 is arranged on a workbench 2 equipped with a reduced pressure opening 1 conducting to a vacuum pump, and used. A reinforced fiber mat 8 is arranged to an increased thickness corresponding part of a surface reinforcing fiber mat of the screen stencil 3. Then, an adhesive 4 and a cut reinforcing fiber 5 are stuck to a surface of the screen stencil 3 by an absorbing operation. After hardening appropriately a reinforced fiber preform formed on the surface of the screen stencil 3, it is released from the screen stencil 3. Thereby, any thickness increasing can be also easily carried out. |
