摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel having low resistance wiring in which CuO that is easily distributed into intercrystalline of wiring metallic crystal grains is reduced by an alloy obtained by doping non-Cu metal into Cu and oxdization of the Cu is beforehand prevented, by using the alloy so that the content of a non-Cu metal having metallic oxide forming energy higher than that of Cu is made <=1%. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel having low resistance wiring has many data lines and gate lines which are crossed with each other and formed on a first substrate. At least either one of the data lines or the gate lines are made of the alloy of Cu and non-Cu metal having higher metallic oxide forming energy than Cu and the content of the non-Cu metal is 0.001 to 0.1%.
