PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration controller capable of reducing a calculation quantity and vibration-controlling very fast and stably. SOLUTION: Time t, Wn Old ,ϕn Old , stepparameter Swn , Sϕn , etc., (n is a positive number) are initialized in specified values. A rotational frequencyωof an engine is calculated from the period of the detected rotational pulse (step 200, 202). A control error signal e is inputted from a vibration sensor and Wn New ,ϕn New are calculated based on a specified formula (step 204, 206). The calculated Wn New ,ϕn New are substituted for Wn ,ϕn in a specified formula to calculate a control signal y for supplying to an electromagnetic actuator and it is outputted to the electromagnetic actuator (step 208, 210). The Wn New ,ϕn New , are substituted for Wn Old ,ϕn Old and the time t is renewed (step 212, 214) and the same treatment is repeated. In this way, e converges gradually on zero and vibration transmitted to a car body is eliminated.
