<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic body detecting device and its method of high reliability capable of surely detecting a signal given from a magnetic body by removing influence by a metallic structure, even when the metallic structure exists near a transmitting coil transmitting alternating magnetic field and a receiving coil receiving the signal given from the magnetic body. <P>SOLUTION: This magnetic body detecting device for detecting the magnetic body by applying alternating magnetic field from an excitation coil to the magnetic body, and receiving the signal given by high Barkhausen effect of the magnetic body by the alternating magnetic field, by the receiving coil, comprises a medium for reflecting the alternating magnetic field from a reception signal received by the receiving coil, or a noise signal eliminating means for eliminating a noise signal caused by the structure, and a detecting means for detecting a signal given by the magnetic body by high Barkhausen effect from the noise signal elimination signal eliminated by the noise signal eliminating means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
