A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to reduce ripple phenomenon of an output signal without the degradation of operation speed. A switch is provided between a high potential power line(611) and a low potential power line(612). A high pass filter passes a high bandwidth component of a voltage generated between the high potential power line and the low potential power line, and outputs the high bandwidth component as a signal of turning on the switch. The switch includes a field effect transistor, and a drain of the field effect transistor is connected to one of the high potential power line and the low potential power line. A source of the field effect transistor is connected to the other one of the high potential power line and the low potential power line. A gate of the field effect transistor is provided with a signal outputted from the high pass filter.
