SUBSTANCE: simulated culturing of microalgae is accomplished by photosynthesis through exposing microalgae to radioluminescent emission and heat excited by penetrating nuclear emissions, wherein spectrum of radioluminescent emission can be chosen coinciding with photosynthesis effect in resonance mode. Installation contains man-made power source, converter of energy of man-made power source into luminescent optical emission and heat, and light-admission cell for growing microalgae. Man-made power source is penetrating nuclear emission source, luminescent optical emission source is radioluminophor, and heat is generated in nuclear emission source medium. As nuclear emission source, nuclear reactor may be chosen, including breeder with uranium-thorium cycle, in particular in the form of grid of nuclear radioluminescent lamps, which are encircled from all sides by light- admission cells with suspension of cultured microalgae.
