PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distributing system capable of distributing charges for data distribution at a desired ratio to concerned entities. SOLUTION: A charge distributing server 120 receives usage history information (Usage-Log) from equipment in use each time distributed data are used, and adjusts charges by referring to charge conversion data 114 based on original signal conditions with purchase prices (selling prices) described in this usage history information (Usage-Log), and decides a distribution ratio by referring to charge distribution ratio data 112 to be retrieved based on an contents ID for each concerned entity described in the usage history information (Usage-Log), and decides the actual payment sum, and finally detects the payment accounts of each entity by referring to entity management data 110, and a payment server 130 actually performs payment processing through a settling organization 800. |
