PURPOSE: A speedy molding method for variable stacks by a linear heat transmission system and a device thereof are provided to improve the production speed by cutting plate strips of various thickness and width continuously or non-continuously according to variable width, inclination and length by a linear heat transmission system and stacking the cut plate strips three-dimensionally by the combination of shapes of the cut unit pieces. CONSTITUTION: A device for speedily molding variable stacks by a linear heat transmission system includes a storing element(12) for storing materials in the shape of plate strip to be cut, conveying elements(14,15) for horizontally conveying the stored plate strips, an adhesive agent doping element(23) for doping an adhesive agent to a bottom surfaces of the conveyed plate strips, a cutting unit(16) for cutting the plate strip by a variable width, a variable inclination and a variable length by using a linear heat source according to three-dimensional CAD data, a fixing element(18) for fixing and moving the cut plate strip in the vertical direction, and a moving element(21) for moving the cut plate strip three-dimensionally to be stacked in position.
