Used as grape wine material are pink, red and white wine materials. Besides, said wine contains 65-70-% sugar syrup and/or concentrated grape wort (juice) as a sugar-containing component. The invention provides production of grape semisweet white wines with fruit taste and flavor with tones of apricot and peach, and mild tone of hawthorn flowers.
