PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absolute speed response calculation device capable of performing multiple absolute speed response calculations by small amount of calculations, an absolute speed response calculation system using the same, and an absolute speed response calculation method.SOLUTION: An absolute speed response calculation device 1 that measures acceleration of an earthquake and calculates an absolute speed response from the measured acceleration is provided with: ground motion acceleration time series acquisition means 71 that acquires a ground motion acceleration time series of horizontally orthogonal two components; low bank cutoff filter means 72 that obtains a low band cutoff filter time series; decimation means 73 that obtains a low sample rate time series; absolute speed response time series calculation means 74 that obtains an absolute speed response time series; amplitude time series conversion means 75 that obtains an amplitude time series; time hold means 76 that obtains a time hold amplitude time series; and maximum absolute speed response value selection means 77 that obtains a maximum absolute speed response value and a maximum absolute speed response natural period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
