The present invention relates to a mobile terminal including a stylus pen and a touch panel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal, including the stylus pen, includes: the touch panel having a plurality of touch panel electrodes; the stylus pen formed to transmit/receive an electric signal to/from the touch panel by using electrostatic capacity coupling, and the control unit detecting a location of the stylus pen based on a signal size of at least two touch panel electrodes in which the electric signal is detected when the electric signal is received from the stylus pen through the electrostatic capacity coupling. |
