The present invention relates to a device for treating odorous gas, and to a treating method using the same. The device for treating odorous gas comprises: a gas phase oxidizing unit for feeding ozone gas in air containing odorous gas, making the odorous gas directly come in contact with gas-phase ozone, and oxidizing and decomposing odorous materials; a liquid phase oxidizing unit for making ozone water supplied to an upper side of a washing tower and firstly treated odorous gas-containing air supplied to a lower side of the washing tower come in contact with ozone water having ozone dissolved therein, and washing oxidizing the odorous gas by water; and a washing water ozone dissolving unit for treating and recycling a washing liquid having the odorous materials dissolved therein after washing is finished by ozone gas, and dissolving ozone. During a pretreating process in which granular contaminants such as floating materials in a livestock bran are washed and removed, ammonia, which is easily dissolved in water, among odorous materials is melted is washing water, and hydrogen sulfide which is an acidic odorous material is removed along with dust. Accordingly, efficiency of the device for treating odorous gas is improved, and a used amount of ozone is reduced, so economical feasibility can be enhanced. |
