The present invention relates to a pad reducing vibration of vehicles by being attached to a vehicle and a method for installing the pad on each part of vehicle. The pad for reducing vibration comprises: a resin layer having flexibility and adhesion; and protective film layer formed on the resin layer, wherein the resin layer contains 1.5 to 3 parts by weight of ceramic particles with respect to 100 parts by weight of a synthetic resin forming the resin layer.
