The roasted rice ball and the manufacturing method thereof provide an advantageous effect that salinity is adjusted by natural materials instead of salt, a higher quality taste of the roasted rice ball is realized, superiority in terms of health science is provided, and high quality is assigned to each material by using natural water of mountain Halla, sake made of high quality embryo buds of rice, such that merchantability of the roasted rice ball can be improved. |
