PURPOSE:To obtain a food, capable of slow freeze denaturation, containing blended cheese and having novel taste and sense of eating, by emulsifying a cheese with a food regarded as safest for emulsifying the cheese as an emulsifying agent and blending the emulsified cheese with another food. CONSTITUTION:A cheese is emulsified with an emulsifying agent to give an emulsified cheese, which is then blended with another food to afford the aimed food, capable of slow freeze denaturation and containing blended cheese. Grains, starches, soybeans, eggs, vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, algae, potatoes, seeds, seasonings, spices, fancy drinks, etc., may be utilized as the above-mentioned emulsifying agent. Grains, potatoes and starches, sweeteners, confectionery, fats, oils, beans, fishes, shellfishes, cattle meats, vegetables, fruits, etc., may be cited as another food blended with the emulsified cheese.
