PURPOSE:To obtain high speed stability by driving a spin motor on the basis of the phase difference of command pulses and feedback pulses by a motor revolution detector. CONSTITUTION:A pulse train Vin proportional to command speed is input to a phase comparator 1. Feedback pulses VPG output from an encoder 5 are also input. The phase comparator 1 removes noise components by a loop filter 2 from voltage proportional to the phase difference of two inputs, and outputs voltage to a motor driver circuit 3. Accordingly, high speed stability and speed reproducibility are acquired. |
