PURPOSE:To facilitate the input of fractional collecting conditions by specifying the time and levels on the chromatogram which is shown on a display. CONSTITUTION:In the mode for inputting fractional collecting data, a display control part 14 reads data out of chromatogram memory 12, and the data are displayed on a display device 16. When an operator specifies the position or the level on the displayed chromatogram through a level input device 8, frac tional collecting data forming part 18 reads the time and the level out of a chromatogram memory 12 in response to the instruction. Or the slope of the chromatogram is computed in the specified time. A memory writing part 10 writes the data into the fractional collecting memory 2. When the fractional collecting is performed, a fractional collecting controlling part 4 reads the fractional collecting data out of the memory 2. The data are compared with the detected data from a detecting part device 20, and the operation of a frac tional collecting driving part 6 can be controlled. |
