PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable leukocytes to be efficiently recovered from blood by equipping a bag body with a blood inflow port and a blood outflow port and filled with a filter material inside, and a flexible tube body to store the bag body in a compressed condition onto a filter set for recovering leukocytes from blood. SOLUTION: When leukocytes are to be recovered from umbilical cord blood, the umbilical cord blood is passed from a blood inflow port 12 to a blood outflow port 13 at first in a condition a bag body 1 is stored in a tube body 3 and leukocytes are captured by a filter material. Next, the bag body 1 is taken out from the tube body 3 by breaking the tube body 3 from a breaking part 31 along a perforation line, and cleaning liquid is passed from the blood outflow port 13 to the blood inflow port 12. Thereby leukocytes adhered on the filter material are easily washed off by the cleaning liquid and can be recovered. The cleaning liquid containing leukocytes is once recovered in a blood container and then separated by centrifuge, etc., to recover hematopoietic stem cells and/or hemopoietic precursor cells. |
