PURPOSE:To prevent foamed resin particles from sticking to a hollow transparent plate body such as a double glass pane window or the like, at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:The natural illumination and heat insulation of a window unit A are adjusted by filling or extracting foamed resin particles in a hollow transparent plate body 1. The window unit A has a feed pipe line 3 and a return pipe line 4 through which the foamed resin particles are conveyed between a storage tank 2 for storing therein the foamed resin particles and the transparent body 1. Further, the inner surface of the transparent plate body 1 is provided with a charge preventing film. |
