PURPOSE:To provide a device which has a flow amount characteristic for obtaining rotational force capable of making emergency escape at the time of failure in an electric system, and which is extremely effective for safety, in an idling rotational speed control device for controlling automtically idling rotational speed to set rotational speed for a water temperature or the atmos pheric temperature. CONSTITUTION:Arrangement position relations between a pair of sheets 24, 25 and pair of measure valves 26, 27 are conbined together skillfully so as to obtain a prescrikbed flow amount when an input electric amount is zero. It is thus possible to improve safety sharply, since an output electric amount for obtaining engine rotational force which is necessary for emergency escape can be led out when an electric system tails. |
