<p>PURPOSE: To change a multilayer printed board in shape conforming to the inner empty space of a case of irregular shape by a method wherein a resin board is laminated on either side or both the sides of a printed base board for the formation of a multilayer printed board, and the disused part of the resin board is removed by chemical etching. CONSTITUTION: Ultraviolet-curing resin is applied onto all the upside of a printed board 10 which serves as a base material for the formation of a first resin board 21. Etching resist is applied onto all the surface of the resin board 21, a pattern film which enables spots on the etching resist where viaholes 21a to 21c is formed and disused parts 20a and 20b are located to transmit light rays is provided, and a developing process is carried out. Not only the viaholes 21a to 21c are provided to the first resin board 21 but also the disused parts 20a and 20b are removed by etching. The disused part of a second resin board is processed the same as above. The disused parts 20a and 20b are removed by chemical etching, whereby a multilayer printed board can be changed into a required shape conforming to the inner empty space of a case of irregular shape.</p> |
