PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load pressure sensitive flow control device sensing the rotating speed of a pump with simple constitution without changing the shape of a pump housing. SOLUTION: A load pressure sensitive valve 24 provided with a variable throttle 28 communicating a spring chamber 32 of a flow regulating valve 37 with a low pressure side 38 at the time of low load and cutting off communication between the spring 32 and the low pressure side 38 reacting to load pressure built up by steering operation is provided in a union 12. A bypass valve 30 of the flow regulating valve 37 is provided with a control rod 50. An end part 50b of the control rod 50 is protruded into a metering orifice 22, and the control rod 50 reacts to sliding of the by-pass valve 30 to change opening area of the metering orifice 22. |
