PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition having various electric characteristics suitable for ceramic electronic parts for high frequency and capable of being sintered at low temperature by forming the composition from a tungsten bronze type crystal structure phase, a barium titanate phase, and fine amounts of crystal phases comprising the oxides of at least B, Ag and Mn. SOLUTION: (A) A tungsten bronze form crystal structure phase contains a composite oxide of Ba, Nd and Ti as a basic component and further oxides of at least Bi, Pb, Zn and Si (the contents are 1-11 mol.%). (B) A barium titanate phase comprises two or more kinds of compounds selected from Ba2 Ti9 O20 , BaTi4 O9 and Ba4 Ti13 O30 . X which is the proportion of the phase A is preferably 80-98 mol.%, and when the proportion of the phase B is Y mol.%, X+Y=100 mol.%. B oxide, Ag oxide and Mn oxide forming extremely small amounts of crystal phases are contained in amounts of 1-6 mol.%, 1-6 mol.% and 1-5 mol.%, respectively, based on the total amount of the phases A and B. |
