PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the calculation speed by generating a judgment straight line which connects the lead positions at the edge points, and excluding a lead position which does not exist on the grounding side in a region divided by the judgment straight line from the targets to be calculated, among the lead positions that exist between the two edge point lead positions. SOLUTION: In the case where the lead positions other than a left edge point lead position 3 and a right edge point lead position 4 do not exceed over a judgment straight line 5 to a grounding plane side, the lead positions other than the left edge point lead position 3 and the right edge point lead position 4 are not grounded, when the lead position of the lead on one side of an electronic component 1 is grounded. Since the lead positions between the left edge point lead position 3 and the right edge point lead position 4 cannot be the constitution elements of a virtual flat plane from the virtual flat plane conditions, such lead positions are eliminated from the lead positions to be calculated. In the case where a lead position 6 that is beyond the discriminating straight line 5 to the grounding plane side, the lead positions between the left edge point lead position 3 and the right edge point lead position 4, excluding the lead position 6, are excluded from the targets to be calculated. |
