PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which produces cyclic operating data of a closed loop system from an open system times series operating data which is given for moving a rigid body articulated object. SOLUTION: An open system cycling operation generating means 3 produces open system cycling time series operating data that makes cyclic a local operation of a rigid body articulated object, a closed looping operation generating means 4 reads position data of a whole among the open system cycling time series operating data and generates position data of the whole, which makes the overall movement of the rigid body articulated object into a closed loop, exchanges it with entire position data of the open system cycling time series operating data that is preserved in a storing means 5 and preserves it. Closed loop system cycling operating data are generated by connecting the operations through a series of processings.
