PURPOSE: A method for recording statistics data of a private branch exchange is provided to operate a system efficiently by offering statistics data of the past through accumulating and outputting hourly statistics data, diary statistics data, and monthly statistics data. CONSTITUTION: A main processor processes statistics data such as a kind of a call, a customer group, and a path service and so forth(200). The main processor transmits the statistics data to a statistics data processing part of an input/output processing part(201). The statistics data processing part processes the statistics data, and makes the processed statistics data into a file, and transmits the file to a statistics data file storing part(202). The statistics data file storing part accumulates and stores hourly statistics data, diary statistics data, and monthly statistics data, and transmits the hourly statistics data, the diary statistics data, and the monthly statistics data to a statistics output part(203). The statistics output part outputs the hourly statistics data, the diary statistics data, and the monthly statistics data(204).
