PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the power consumption of a load by comparing input powers, AC input currents and output powers corresponding to the outputting time of AC output voltage V0+ΔV and the outputting time of AC output voltage V0-ΔV, respectively. SOLUTION: A comparing means 102 compares input powers corresponding to the outputting times of AC output voltages V0+ΔV and V0-ΔV, which are calculated inputting AC input voltage and AC input current from an AC power source 10, with each other, output powers corresponding to the outputting times of the AC output voltages V0+ΔV and V0-ΔV, which are calculated inputting AC output voltage and AC output current from a DC-AC converter 4, with each other, and AC input currents corresponding to the outputting times of the AC output voltages V0+ΔV and V0-ΔV with each other. When AC input current or AC output voltage corresponding to output power is higher (lower) by ΔV with respect to prescribed AC output voltage V0, a control means 103 sends a control signal for dropping (boosting) AC output voltage by ΔV to a control signal sending means 101. |
