PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foamed molding having a high foaming extent, a narrow dispersion as well as an excellent recyclability and softness and to provide a preparing process of the rapid discharge process for foamed particles having an extremely small dispersion in their bulkiness. SOLUTION: A polyolefin-based resin particle with the main component of a copolymer of ethylene and propylene, has two crystallization temperatures existing in a DSC curve obtained from measuring with a differential scanning calorimeter when raising a temperature from -30 deg.C up to 220 deg.C at a rate of 10 deg.C/minute, then lowering the temperature from 220 deg.C down to -30 deg.C at a rate of 10 deg.C/minute, the crystallization temperature at the higher temperature side ranging from 90 to 115 deg.C, that at the lower temperature side ranging from 65 to 80 deg.C, and the crystallization energy at the lower temperature side ranging 0.1-5 J/g. A foamable polyolefin-based resin particle is one in which the polyolefin-based resin particle is impregnated with a foaming agent. A foamed particle and a foamed molding are each obtained therefrom.
