PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure and grasp unperceivable stress such as minute environmental variation without resorting to declaration but by determining an accurate index and to digitize and analyze the degree of stress. SOLUTION: Inperceivable minute stress, such as climatic change affects pleasant/unpleasant stress and sometimes deteriorates a health condition at the end. This trace change cannot be evaluated by a questionnaire or the like. Consequently, in this analyzing method, the unconscious health and pleasant/ unpleasant stress state is judged not by an interview but by using monoamines as an index substance related to stress in encephalon fluid or brain circulating fluid changed by the minute environmental variation and a concentration change rate of the monoamines, based on the amounts of the index substance in a healthy condition and before the minute environmental variation.
