PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve capable of being stably opened without dancing a valve element even when a coolant produces the foam, and not producing the noise. SOLUTION: This check valve is composed of a cylindrical body 1, a cylindrical valve seat 2 locked in the cylindrical body at its lower part, a cylindrical flange 3 locked at an upper part, a valve element 4 slidably inserted into the flange, and composed of a valve part 4a being engaged with and disengaged from the valve seat, and a needle 4b having a flow channel on its outer periphery, and a stopper 3 for preventing the slipping-off of the valve element, and the back flow of the fluid flowing in the cylindrical body is prevented. As a storage part 8 for storing a foamed gas of the fluid is formed on the valve part, the valve element can be stabilized by being floated by buoyant force, and the check valve free from the noise can be provided.
