PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration and noise at an on-vehicle electronic appliance by realizing fan motor holding structure by which the vibration of a fan motor is not transmitted easily to the sheet metal and the printed board of the on- vehicle electronic appliance and the fitting work of the fan motor is easy. SOLUTION: The appliance is provided with an elastic holding case 21 surrounding the outer periphery of the fan motor 11 and holding the motor 11 attachably and detachably, and a supporting member 22 connected attachably and detachably to this case 21 for supporting the case 21 to allow the member 22 to elastically hold the motor 11 through the case 21.
