PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic film excellent in static prevention, transparency, solvent resistance, waterproof property, printing aptitude, sliding property, processability, close adhesion with a substrate film, etc., and coating for forming the antistatic layer. SOLUTION: This antistatic film consisting of the substrate film and the antistatic layer installed on at least one of the surfaces of the substrate film is characterized in that the antistatic layer is formed by containing (A) a resin having an active hydrogen group in its molecule, (B) a resin consisting of an ion-conductive polymer and a supporting electrolytic salt and (C) a polyisocyanate as film-forming components.
