PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable liquid crystal composition able to reduce a tilt angle at an air interface and prepare an optical isomer having little change in phase difference under high temperatures. SOLUTION: The polymerizable liquid crystal composition comprises an antioxidant expressed by general formula (I), having≥300 molecular weight and effect for reducing the tilt angle at the air interface. The optical isomer which is a cured product of the polymerizable liquid crystal compound is provided. The optical isomer constituted of the polymerizable liquid crystal composition is able to be preferably used as the optical isomer assembled in the liquid crystal cell, as the isomer is able to suppress reduction of phase difference accompanied by reduction of an order parameter.
