PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which can improve display quality an a method of driving the liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes a graphic controller 101 providing raw image data DAT and a conversion data set LUT_ACC for correcting the raw image data DAT, a timing controller 201 correcting the input raw image data DAT using the conversion data set LUT_ACC and outputting the corrected image data DAT', a data driver receiving the corrected image data DAT', selecting a gray scale voltage corresponding to the corrected image data DAT', and outputting the selected gray scale voltage.
