摘要 PURPOSE: A working time prediction and fuel consumption reduction system for an excavator is provided to maximize the operating efficiency by indicating accurate available working time on a cluster and to achieve the maximum efficiency in fuel consumption according to engine load. CONSTITUTION: A working time prediction and fuel consumption reduction system for an excavator comprises a fuel injection amount measuring device which measures the fuel injection amount from an engine, a horizontality sensor which is installed in a fuel measuring device and measures the horizontality of fuel, an MCU(Micro Control Unit) which receives signals about the fuel injection amount and the remaining fuel amount from the fuel injection amount measuring device and the fuel measuring device and calculates available working time and fuel efficiency, and a display device which displays signals from the MCU on a cluster in the excavator.
