PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the quality of an injection-molded article using a metallic mold comprising a plurality of slide cores.SOLUTION: A quality control method for an injection-molded article comprises the steps of: acquiring, for each predetermined shot, an actual mold clamping position of each slide core 3 and a core back position on injection molding and acquiring an injection molding condition on the injection molding; generating quality control information on the basis of the mold clamping position and the core back position; generating, for each shot, correlation data that associates quality control information with injection molding condition on that time; detecting, for each predetermined shot, whether or not there is quality control information which deviates from a predetermined quality criterion; and displaying, when such quality control information is present, at least one of an instruction for changing injection molding conditions, an instruction for maintenance of metallic molds 1, 2, and an instruction for replacing the metallic molds 1, 2 on the basis of the correlation data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
