<p>The invention, an unbreakable diaphragm spring, which is made like a construction assembly, provides higher loads and higher passing compared to standard diaphragm springs with equal external and internal diameter. At the same time the invention provides a longer lifetime and reduced permanent spring features, as well as prevents the breaking of the diaphragm spring. The concept of the subject according to the invention also allows that the spring features of the spring assembly consist of elastomere features and features of diaphragm springs. During the increase of the load or drift, the elastomere shifts towards the upper and lower surface of the diaphragm spring thus allowing the overall features to increase progressively due to the progressive increase in elastomere features. The single-axis guiding is provided by grooves in the external and internal rings, which are located on the fitting surfaces of the diaphragm spring. At the same time the external and internal rings prevent any contact between the elastomere and other moving parts thus protecting the elastomere against damage.</p> |
