The description relates to an elastic traction device with the aid of which movement training may be given for a finger on which a tendon operation has been performed. The device comprises a force-storing component with a spring and/or rubber component (7) and at least one guide roller (3) or eye for the traction cord secured to the finger, whereby these two components are fitted on a base to be secured in a plaster dressing. As suitable base is a wire bent in a U shape or an ordinary ladderlike plaster dressing rod (1, 2). The guide rollers and possibly clamps for an elastic traction cord are usefully arranged on a bearer plate which can be fitted into the base. The axes of the guide rollers preferably intersect at right angles. A securing device (8) which can be adhesively secured to a fingernail can be fitted to the end of the traction cord.
