PURPOSE: A cleansing composition having the appearance of a transparent gel and excellent physical stability is provided. Therefore, the composition can be removed by washing with water and can be used as a product for removing or cleansing make-up from the skin, scalp and/or hair in cosmetic or dermatological fields. CONSTITUTION: A cleansing composition comprises 1 to 50% by weight of at least one phosphate surfactant, 1 to 50% by weight of at least one foaming nonionic surfactant and 0.01 to 5% by weight of at least one cationic polymer without no saccharide groups in an aqueous medium, based on the total weight of the composition, wherein the nonionic surfactant is selected from a surfactant generating a foaming depth of 3cm or more.
