PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch videos from cameras at appropriate intervals and to automatically control the image pickup directions of the respective cameras by providing a means for setting plural control video cameras among the plural video cameras and displaying stored images by the video cameras while switching the images. SOLUTION: A camera client device 10-2 receives and displays the videos from camera server devices 1-1, 1-3, 1-4,..., outputs the acquirement request of camera control right to the camera server devices 1-1, 1-3, 1-4..., and controls the cameras by acquiring camera control right. It executes exclusive control so that the plural camera client devices cannot simultaneously control the cameras. CPU 1-22 controls a video camera setting means and a video camera switching means and displays the images from the respective cameras on a bit map display 1-21 in accordance with a condition which is previously set. |
