PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly incise a cornea by fixing an operating device to a cornea peripheral section with a fixing means, nearly flatly pressing the cornea protruded from an opening, incising the nearly flattened cornea with a blade, and moving the blade so that a point on the blade draws the same circular arced track. SOLUTION: At the time of an operation, a device main body is installed so that the center section of an opening section 11b is located at the center of the pupil of the eye of a patient based on the mark applied to the cornea of the eye of the patient by an apparatus such as a marker in advance. A pump 61 is operated to suck the air in the gap between the base of a suction unit 1 and the surface of the cornea, and the suction unit 1 is sucked and fixed to the eye of the patient. A foot switch 62 is operated, and a cutting unit 3 is rotatively moved by a motor 21. A blade 31 is moved by the 180 deg. rotation of a parallel crank mechanism, and the cornea flatly pressed by a cornea press section 32 is incised. After the blade 31 is rotated by 360 deg., the motor 21 is stopped. |
