SOLUTION: A single cell 30 constituting a solid high molecule electrolytic type humidity exchanging module 50 is constituted so that a pair of selective steam permeation membranes 52a, 52b are mounted to close opening parts of both surface of a frame member 55 and a solid high molecular electrolytic element 51, which is formed by press fitting porous electrodes 53a and 53b to both surface of a solid high molecular electrolyte membrane 19 through a platinum based catalytic layer by heating, is mounted so that a closed space constituted of the frame member 55 and a pair of the selective steam permeation membranes 52a and 52b is divided into a 1st closed space 54a and a 2nd closed space 54b.</p>
